VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for Patient Coordinators to join our team! We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Our main goal is to always provide the best level of care and compassion to individuals who are being treated.

As a Patient Coordinator – Patient Acquisition, you will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through their first interaction with VIP Medical Group by delivering exceptional customer service, educating patients on our services, and scheduling the appropriate consultations. You will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression, collaborating effectively with multiple departments, and ensuring every patient receives timely, accurate, and compassionate support throughout the scheduling process while helping drive patient acquisition and business growth.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate and schedule new patient consultations with the appropriate provider based on clinical needs, insurance coverage, and provider availability.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication through phone calls, emails, texts, and web inquiries to convert prospective patients into scheduled consultations.

- Verify insurance eligibility and review benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and coverage details with patients prior to scheduling.
- Accurately document patient interactions, scheduling activities, and insurance information within the CRM and EMR systems.




- Follow up on new leads to ensure timely communication and maximize appointment conversion rates.

- Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and cross-functional departments to improve workflows and enhance the patient experience.
- Meet established performance metrics, including call volume, response times, booking conversion rates, quality assurance, and attendance expectations.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or managers.

What You'll Bring

- Strong spoken and written English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center, medical office, patient scheduling, or customer service environment.
- Experience with insurance eligibility and benefits verification preferred.
- Experience using EMR, CRM, or medical scheduling systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

- Comfortable working with performance metrics, call volume targets, and appointment conversion goals.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and patient-centered approach.
