Position Summary The Network Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing Level 3 technical support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi networks, ensuring network stability, performance, and service continuity through effective troubleshooting and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi services.

Resolve escalated incidents from the Service Desk.

Configure and maintain switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.

Support IGMP, multicast, and VLAN configurations.

Perform root cause analysis and implement network performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

4–6+ years of experience in Network Operations.

Hands-on experience with GPON networks and Managed WiFi environments.

Strong Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of switching, routing, wireless technologies, IGMP, multicast, and VLANs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
