This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a role where no two days look exactly the same.What you'll do:Handle and respond to inbound leads from prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner.Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs and matching them to available properties.Assist with follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and moving through the leasing process.Support the team with lease renewals, ensuring tenants have a smooth and positive experience.Maintain accurate records of leads, communications,



and lease activity.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all documentation and processes are up to date.Who you are:Highly organized — you manage your tasks and priorities with care and consistency.Self-sufficient — you take initiative, follow through, and don't need constant supervision.A strong communicator — warm, professional, and clear in every interaction.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing responsibilities.Bilingual in English and Spanish — fluent in both, written and spoken.What we are looking for:0-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service.Fluent in English and Spanish — required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable handling inbound inquiries and managing follow-up communications.Reliable, professional, and a true team player.
