We are looking for a Business Support Manager to join our team in Bogotá.
This is an exciting opportunity for a pragmatic, hands-on, and execution-oriented professional who is passionate about driving business performance in a dynamic multinational environment.
The role will lead key financial planning and business support activities, including P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting to regional and global headquarters, cross-functional projects, ERP and business process improvements, and collaboration with external advisors and strategic business partners.
The successful candidate will work closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance and business performance management activities.
Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business controlling processes.
Prepare and present financial reports to regional and global headquarters.
Coordinate compliance, tax, audit, and corporate governance activities.
Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Support ERP implementation, systems optimization, and business integration projects.
Act as a trusted business partner to Commercial and Operations teams.




Collaborate with regional and integral stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Commercial, and Operations.
Lead cross-functional projects and support strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Business Support, Business Controlling, Operations, or similar roles.
Experience working in multinational organizations and international environments.
Experience working with regional and global stakeholders.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong experience in P&L; management, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and business performance reporting.
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, tax, compliance, and business processes.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a plus).
Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is desirable.Proven track record leading projects, process improvements, business transformation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is a plus.
