With this job offer, we are looking for a customer service leader to join our team and work in the Laureles and Poblado areas of Medellín.
Skills Bilingual (a plus but not required) Customer Service Experience Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Customer and work team management Supplier Management Attitudes You must be a charismatic person with good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude toward service, and the ability to respond calmly to situations, complaints, and claims.
The position will focus on enhancing the experience of all our guests by surprising them with gifts, preparing special occasions, and assisting them during their stay in Medellín.
