Role Description The Lead English Teacher is a hybrid role responsible for designing and delivering high-quality English language instruction to learners in professional and academic contexts. Day-to-day tasks include planning and teaching online and face-to-face lessons, developing curricula and learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. Qualifications

Strong BUSINESS English Teaching and Teaching skills,



with experience leading classes or training sessions in virtual and face-to-face environments.

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including curriculum development and learner assessment.

Excellent Communication skills for interacting with learners, colleagues, and clients across cultures and time zones.

Relevant degree or certification in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TKT or a related field.

Experience with online teaching platforms, digital learning tools, and remote collaboration software.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple classes or projects, and meet deadlines in a temporary remote setting.

Previous experience teaching business English or professional communication is mandatory.
