About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational organization undergoing a regional technology transformation across its Andean operations. The company offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategic SAP implementation in a dynamic, international, and cross-functional environment.

- Support the SAP ECC rollout for Colombia and Peru, covering process and data mapping, testing, training, and cutover activities.

- Ensure process design and system usage align with business strategy and functional requirements.

- Analyze current processes, identify system integration needs, and promote harmonization across the IT landscape.

- Represent regional priorities and ensure local business requirements are understood by the broader IT organization.

- Coordinate IT project execution in line with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and proposed solutions.

- Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, data privacy, GxP requirements, and corporate policies.

- Support incident, ticket, and change-management processes in coordination with corporate IT teams.

- Help ensure that IT services remain reliable, available, secure, and aligned with agreed service levels.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; postgraduate studies are desirable.





- At least five years of experience across business and IT functions.

- Demonstrated experience in business-process integration, mapping, optimization, and system integration.

- Participation in at least two ERP implementations involving SAP SD, FI-CO, or MM; international rollouts are preferred.

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and experience supporting commercial or order-to-cash processes.

- Exposure to commercial, finance, supply chain, logistics, product management, or corporate functions.

- Project-management capabilities and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Six Sigma knowledge is desirable.

- Experience with middleware, APIs, ETL tools, relational databases, and SQL.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools is desirable.

- Fluent Spanish and English.

- Experience with Colombian or Peruvian companies issuing domestic invoices in USD is highly valued.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

- Availability to work under a one-year contract in a hybrid model: four days on-site and one day remotely in Bogotá.
