What You'll Do
Provide operational support to the Payroll and Personnel Administration area, ensuring proper registration, control, and reporting of employee information.
Manage affiliations, updates, and withdrawals with EPS, ARL, AFP, and Compensation Funds, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Consolidate, validate, and report payroll updates, ensuring accurate application for employee payments.
What We're Looking For
Technical or technological degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or related positions.
Experience managing payroll in companies with more than 200 employees.
Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and payroll processes is preferred.
