We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Leader to oversee gaming-equipment operations and ensure smooth, reliable studio performance every day.
What you'll do Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and inventories of all gaming equipment cards, dice, roulette wheels, card shoes, transport boxes, and all peripherals.
Ensure gaming tables and equipment are always fully stocked and in excellent working condition, by coordinating with shift managers, dealers, and floor supervisors.
Plan and manage the replacement of outdated or worn-out equipment maintaining detailed tracking of lifecycle and replacement procedures.
Oversee orders and procurement of studio gaming equipment, handling administrative tasks related to supplies and stock.
Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of equipment administrators: organize workflows, assess performance, provide coaching and ensure consistent standards.
Conduct data collection and analysis, prepare regular performance reports and equipment-status reports for management.
Communicate daily updates to managers and coordinate with other departments to ensure studio readiness and operational efficiency.
Who were looking for Fluent English (C1 level)



strong written and verbal communication is required.
Proven leadership experience: at least two years managing or leading a team, with ability to motivate staff and drive results.
Comfortable using software and technology tools needed for inventory, reporting, and administrative tasks Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Calm under pressure capable of making decisions, managing workflows and leading a team under tight timelines or shift-based schedules.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including 24/7 shifts if needed.
