We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join a dynamic team, overseeing end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced, international gaming-studio environment.
What you'll do Take full ownership of projects from initial planning through execution and final handover - ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resources to meet targets under demanding schedules.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams - collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and other departments to integrate technical and operational requirements.
Communicate consistently with stakeholders (technical teams, designers, operators, clients), manage risks, adapt to changes, and ensure projects meet organizational standards and performance goals.
Oversee documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement and future success.
What were looking for Fluent English (C1 level) - excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years experience in project management within a fast-paced,



multi-stakeholder environment Preferably a degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency with both traditional (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) project management methodologies.
Experience managing projects involving technical installations, system integration, or studio/production environments is an advantage.
Strong leadership, team coordination, organizational, analytical and time-management skills; ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
