Deal Incubation Team – SAP Next Gen
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Duration: 6 months up to 2 years

What you will do
As part of the Deal Incubation Team, you will support the execution and governance of cloud deals, ensuring compliance with global finance and commercial policies.
Review and support approval of quotes for SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., Cloud ERP, Business Data Cloud, AI offerings)
Assist sales teams and commercial stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
Provide guidance on quote configuration, policies, and regional requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Pricing, Cloud Architects, Contracting) to ensure accurate deal setup
Help identify and resolve issues in the deal and quoting process
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Monitor deal pipeline and assist during peak periods (e.g., quarter‐end close)

Education and Experience
Must be a recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree




0–2 years of experience in finance, sales operations, commercial, or related areas
Requirements and Competencies
Strong interest in business processes, deal structuring, and cloud solutions
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work in international and virtual teams
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‐paced environment
