We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our integral marketing organization and accelerate KeyMik's growth.

Position Summary

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing KeyMik's overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This executive leader will oversee all marketing functions, manage cross-functional teams, optimize marketing performance, and ensure a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute KeyMik's global marketing strategy.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

- Define annual marketing objectives, budgets, and KPIs.

- Create integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

- Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.

Brand Management

- Strengthen and protect the KeyMik brand.

- Develop brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.





- Oversee visual identity and creative direction.

- Ensure consistency across websites, social media, advertising, events, and customer communications.

Product & Campaign Marketing

- Launch new services, campaigns, and platform features.

- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

- Support Sales with marketing collateral, presentations, and campaigns.

- Partner with Product and Operations teams on customer messaging.
