Blue Phoenix is a regenerative medicine clinic based in Medellín, Colombia, serving a predominantly US patient base with cell therapy and complementary treatments. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale our patient acquisition team.

What You'll Do Own and drive revenue for a high-ticket, consultative sales process

Build, coach, and lead a team of setters and closers

Close new patients

Develop and refine sales scripts, follow-up systems, and conversion strategy

Work directly with our founder and operations leadership to align sales with clinical capacity and patient experience

Bring structure and accountability to the sales process What We're Looking For Proven track record in high-ticket sales (any industry); you know how to sell a premium offer with a longer consideration cycle

Sales leadership experience:



you've built or run a team, not just carried a personal quota

Comfortable with a performance-driven compensation structure (competitive commission + draw)

Self-starter who can operate remotely with a distributed team and international clinical operation
