Role Overview

As a Group Engineering Manager, you’ll lead one of our two structural engineering groups. These are multidisciplinary teams of structural engineers and technical leads. Together, these teams build and maintain the structural design tools that power ClearCalcs.





This role combines hands‑on engineering and technical QA with high‑level project management and people leadership. You’ll coach and grow a team of 5–8 engineers, ensuring their work meets the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. You’ll also partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Development, and the Director of Engineering to align delivery with company strategy and ensure predictable, scalable output.

You lead by doing: dive into how we turn engineering concepts into calculators aligned to codes and standards, then mentor teammates on what to build next.
