Your work will directly impact operational accuracy, financial visibility, and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple client accounts simultaneously in an outsourced accounting environmentExecute month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reportingProcess payroll and support employee onboarding activities through payroll systemsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bill pay, and transactional accounting workflowsMaintain accurate accounting records and client workpapers within QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop/EnterprisePrepare and support sales tax filings and ensure compliance with U.S.



accounting standards and deadlinesBuild and maintain Excel-based financial reports, dashboards, budgeting models, and forecasting tools for clientsMust-Have Qualifications5+ years of accounting or finance experience within an outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, or client-services environmentProven experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneouslyAdvanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop/EnterpriseFluent English communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with U.S.-based stakeholdersStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data analysis, and reporting functionsExperience with payroll processing and accounts payable/accounts receivable workflowsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting clients in the Logistics or HVAC industriesFamiliarity with tools such as Ramp, Bill.com, Gusto, Paylocity, or ADPExperience with U.S. sales tax filings and complianceBackground working with founder-led or privately held businessesExperience creating financial dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
