What Youll Do
Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring buildings are clean, safe, and efficient
Coordinate maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
Manage and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians and external service providers
Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected facility failures
Lead on-site inspections and implement safety protocols
Liaise with security, IT, and operations teams to ensure facilities support business needs
Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation
Support renovation projects, office moves, and space reconfigurations
Who You Are
Experienced in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance supervision
Strong technical understanding of infrastructure systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills able to coordinate teams and external suppliers
Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and adapts to changing priorities




Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills, C1 level English required
