Overview
The Global Solution Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and leading scalable, standardized solutions that support integral business growth and operational excellence.
This position brings together strategic thinking, people leadership, and disciplined execution to design operating models, guide implementation, and continuously improve service delivery across regions and functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, high-performing solutions, while building strong teams, driving consistency, and ensuring that ways of working are aligned, efficient, and sustainable.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of global solutions that support business priorities, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
Provide clear leadership to cross-functional and multi-regional teams, setting direction, establishing priorities, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, and standardized solution models.
Define and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and service structures that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across regions.
Oversee the implementation, transition, and stabilization of new or evolving solutions, ensuring effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive standardization by promoting common processes, clear decision-making,



and disciplined ways of working that reduce duplication and support sustainable performance.
Monitor business and operational performance through appropriate measures, using insight to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and support informed decision‐making.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex delivery, organizational, or transformation challenges, bringing a balanced perspective on strategy, people, process, and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in global delivery, consulting, professional services, or complex matrixed organizations.
Proven experience designing and leading large‐scale, multi‐country delivery solutions.
Strong background in operating model design, service delivery, and transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and executive‐level conversations.
Excellent leadership, influencing, and decision‐making skills.
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strategic and systems‐thinking mindset.
Strong business acumen with a data‐driven approach to decision‐making.
Ability to operate effectively in highly complex, fast‐paced, and ambiguous environments.
High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
Change management and continuous improvement orientation.
