About this Position

What you´ll do

- Drives development of region / country with full P&L; responsibility and leads (regional) business performance review
- Orchestrates transformation and change in region / country, implements initiatives cross-SBU, cross-BU and cross-Henkel
- Develops short-/mid- and long-term strategies and goals and drives their implementation
- Represents BU in regional / country / local Excoms and steering committees, coordinates interface topics with Henkel in region / country Aligns regional / local HR policies, cross-SBU topics for Finance, IT, Purchasing, Legal, coordinates regional / local administrative topics
- Identifies synergies, shares best practicesand leverages scale with other countries in the region Supports integration of local acquisitions and divestments as well as (game changer) pilot projects
- Leads and develops regional / local teams and talent
- Develops strong customer relationships on regional / local level and /or international clients in alignment with global / regional Sales
- Defines local / regional marketing activity plan in alignment with integral / regional marketing Steers route to market and net pricing
