About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Freight Pricing Specialist to join our growing team in Medellín. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex and high-value freight quotations while ensuring competitive, accurate pricing across multiple transportation modes.

You'll also serve as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting escalations, coaching junior team members, and collaborating with multiple departments to continuously improve pricing strategies and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Manage complex, strategic, and urgent freight quotations.

Validate pricing competitiveness, profitability, and accuracy.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for non-standard and complex pricing requests.

Support workload distribution and assist in handling operational escalations.

Coach and guide junior pricing team members.

Identify pricing, process,



and rate gaps while proposing improvements.

Collaborate with commercial, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions.

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Pricing.

Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Inland Transportation.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members.

Experience working in fast-paced logistics or freight forwarding environments.
