We are hiring experienced Finance Trainers to support our operations in Medellín, Colombia.

Open Positions

- P2P (Accounts Payable) Trainer
- O2C (Accounts Receivable) Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs for finance operations teams.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions.
- Develop and update training materials and documentation.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.
- Work closely with operations and quality teams to drive process excellence.
- Ensure compliance with client and organizational standards.





Requirements:
- Experience as a Trainer in Accounts Payable (P2P) or Accounts Receivable (O2C) processes.
- Strong understanding of finance operations and process workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English.
- Ability to work from the office in Medellín, Colombia.
