We are hiring experienced Finance Trainers to support our operations in Medellín, Colombia.

Open Positions

P2P (Accounts Payable) Trainer

O2C (Accounts Receivable) Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training programs for finance operations teams.

Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions.

Develop and update training materials and documentation.

Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.

Work closely with operations and quality teams to drive process excellence.

Ensure compliance with client and organizational standards.





Requirements

Experience as a Trainer in Accounts Payable (P2P) or Accounts Receivable (O2C) processes.

Strong understanding of finance operations and process workflows.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English.

Ability to work from the office in Medellín, Colombia.
