We collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and owners to deliver tailored BIM solutions.

The Role

As a Modeler or BIM Specialist, you will create accurate BIM models for electrical trades, review specifications, and design information to ensure high-quality, constructible models. You will work independently to identify and resolve conflicts during modeling, ensuring the final product meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Modeling and Design:



Develop accurate piping models using relevant software, including P&ID; detailing, utilizing Revit or similar tools.
2. Review and Analysis: Analyze project documents such as discipline specifications and submittals for quality and accuracy.
3. Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts during modeling and project coordination.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in electrical design and modeling.
- Revit experience is highly desirable.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Proficient or advanced English language skills are required.
