Ace Link Solutions is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead our Colombia Load Planning team supporting a U.S.-based asset carrier. (AGM Transport)
This is one of the most critical leadership positions within our organization.

What You'll Do
Lead and develop the Colombia Load Planning team.
Oversee daily load planning and dispatch operations.
Drive operational efficiency, equipment utilization, and service performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop future Load Planners.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Safety, Billing, and U.S. Operations.
Manage operational escalations and critical service issues.
Maintain strong communication and alignment with U.S. leadership.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience.
Minimum 1 years of experience in U.S. trucking or transportation operations.
Experience leading dispatch, load planning, or fleet operations.
Advanced English (C1).
Strong knowledge of TMS platforms and dispatch operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
