? Hiring | Customer Relationship Manager (Remote – Latin America) A confidential U.S.-based organization is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to help strengthen client partnerships, improve retention, and ensure customers continue to get value from the solutions they use.

What You'll Do

- Manage an assigned portfolio of active customer accounts
- Help customers successfully adopt and maximize software solutions
- Coordinate renewals and support long-term account retention
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- Schedule and lead regular customer touchpoints and account reviews
- Keep customer information and activities up to date in Salesforce
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

What You'll Bring

- Experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Customer Operations, Account Management, or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English




- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer accounts

Preferred Background

- Experience in SaaS, software, or technology companies
- Familiarity with subscription renewals, customer retention, or recurring revenue models
