Descripción del puesto

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, bundles, quote templates)
- Build and maintain product configurations, price rules, and approval workflows
- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce CRM, Billing, and third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.)
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues (pricing errors, quote generation, contract amendments)
- Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment across sandboxes/production
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes
- Stay current with Salesforce CPQ releases and best practices

Requisitos





- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of CPQ objects (Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Discount Schedules)
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Flow
- Experience with Salesforce Billing/Revenue Cloud (preferred)
- Understanding of quote-to-cash processes
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with subscription-based/renewal pricing models
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Agile/Scrum project experience
