About the Opportunity

We're looking for a creative and highly organized Canva & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is adecuado for someone with a strong eye for design, experience managing social media, and a passion for creating engaging marketing content.

You'll support U.S.-based comapnies, primarily in the real estate and legal (law firm) industries, helping build their online presence, create branded marketing materials, and execute digital marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

- Design high-quality marketing materials using Canva.

- Create social media graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and promotional content.

- Develop and schedule social media content calendars.

- Assist with social media strategy and audience engagement.

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube content.

- Create marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and email campaigns.

- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

- Support lead generation and marketing campaigns.

- Perform administrative and marketing-related virtual assistant tasks.

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.

- Research industry trends and competitors to improve marketing strategies.

- Assist with CRM updates, content organization, and marketing reporting.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Canva Specialist.

- Advanced proficiency in Canva.

- Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.





- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting real estate companies, Realtors®, brokerages, mortgage companies, or PropTech businesses.

- Experience creating marketing content for law firms or legal services.

- Previous experience working for U.S. companies or SaaS companies.

- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Metricool.

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.).

- Basic video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.

- Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Follow Up Boss is a plus.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or other content creation tools is highly desirable.
