Billing anal yst

Monitor and support the billing process, complying with policies, procedures, service agreements, internal ARS standards, and promoting and driving improvement measures to ensure customer (business/country) or external satisfaction and positively impact financial stateme nts.

Key Responsibili ties:Support the correct functioning of the billing process for clients in the assigned cou ntry.Comply with policies and parameters established by the organization for bil ling.Monitor the process to positively impact sales and service agreem ents.Manage the creation, tracking, and administration of orders, contracts, invoices, and notes (debit/cre dit).Handle all required documentation for billing services, goods, and expe nses.Resolve identified issues and inconsistencies in the process, following established poli cies.Identify and propose improvements in the execution of activities to meet service le vels.Perform all other functions related to the nature of the position delegated by the direct superv isor.

Require ments:Last-semester university student (or sixth (6th) semester completed) in administrative careers: Accounting, Business Administration,



International Business, Finance, among o thers.Less than one (1) year of experience in billing, customer service, accounting roles, or commercial proc esses.Proficiency in Office suite: G Suite - Intermediate or advanced. SAP (Desirable). Knowledge of databases (Desir able).English B2 (Requ ired).

acuerdos de servicio, normas internas de ARS y promoviendo e impulsando medidas de mejora con el fin de asegurar la satisfacción de clientes (negocio/país) o externos e impactar positivamente los estados financieros.

Key Res ponsibilities:Apoyar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso de facturación de los clientes del país asignado.Cumplir con las políticas y parámetros establecidos por la organización para l a facturación.Monitorear el proceso para impactar positivamente las ventas y los acuerdo s de servicio.Gestionar la creación, seguimiento y administración de órdenes, contratos, facturas y notas (dé bito/crédito).Manejar toda la documentación requerida para la facturación de servicios, bi enes y gastos.Resolver novedades e inconsistencias identificadas en el proceso, siguiendo las políticas establecidas.Identificar y proponer mejoras en la ejecución de actividades para cumplir nivele s de servicio.Realizar todas las demás funciones relacionadas con la naturaleza del cargo delegadas por su sup erior directo.

Requerimientos Estudiante universitario de último semestre (o sexto (6) semestre culminado) en carreras administrativas: Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Finanza s, entre otras.Menos de un (1) año de experiencia en facturación, servicio al cliente, roles contables o proces os comerciales.Manejo de paquete Office: G Suite - Intermedio o avanzado.
