About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Distribution Support Specialist to support daily distribution and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for managing customer requests, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and ensuring operational information is updated efficiently to support seamless logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of service and timely follow-up.
- Maintain and monitor customer inventory records within internal systems.
- Process customer orders and generate cargo release documentation in accordance with operational requirements.
- Ensure operational data and shipment information are accurately updated in company systems.
- Prepare and process invoices related to distribution and logistics services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely execution.




- Monitor inventory movements and assist in resolving discrepancies when identified.
- Support daily distribution operations while maintaining compliance with established procedures and service standards.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory, orders, and billing activities.

Qualifications

- Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or order processing.
- Knowledge of inventory control and fulfillment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM, or logis
