Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Bilingual B2B Cold Caller to conduct outreach, pitch services, and schedule consultations with healthcare facilities.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM Arizona Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to behavioral health and caregiver facilities.
- Pitch agency services to managers and owners using a provided lead list.
- Schedule appointments and consultations with prospective healthcare partners.
- Review and manage business contracts to ensure full execution.
- Maintain a clean and accurate database of contacts and leads.
- Provide weekly progress reports and updates on outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with management on refining the elevator pitch and templates.
- Utilize client-provided tools such as Monday.com or similar CRMs.
- Direct reporting to agency management for daily tasks.
- Performance tracked via BruntWork's time-logging tools.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Bilingual).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Ability to be highly responsive to emails and internal messages.
- Strong organizational skills for managing contract workflows.
- Comfortable working in the client's specific time zone.
- Proactive attitude towards client acquisition and sales growth.
