Closing Back of House (BOH) Team Member – Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place
Chick‑fil‑A Glenwood Place is seeking hardworking and dependable Closing Back of House (BOH) Team Members to join our kitchen team. As a BOH Team Member, you will help prepare quality food with speed and accuracy while ensuring the kitchen is fully closed down and ready for the next day.
Pay Range: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chick‑fil‑A menu items to standard recipes and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with closing duties, including deep cleaning, stocking, and kitchen reset
- Work as part of a team to meet service and quality goals
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (evening and closing availability required)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required
