Overview

We are seeking an Aymara Language Expert – AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of AI language models. Your expertise will create high‑quality training data that accurately captures Aymara vocabulary, grammar, dialectical variations, and cultural context, supporting indigenous knowledge preservation and authentic linguistic interactions.

Responsibilities

- Interact with the model in Aymara across a wide range of topics to verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Document model failures and capture reproducible error traces for hardening model reasoning.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics to enhance model performance.

Qualifications

- A Master’s degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field is idóneo.
- Professional experience in teaching,



translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit.
- Clear, metacognitive communication (“showing your work”) is essential.

Compensation

Pay range: $8‑$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor you will supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
