Position Overview

Kurios City is supporting the search for Project Management Support to join a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the solar and clean energy technology industry. This is a full-time, remote, and critical hire for the organization's Operations function. The Project Management Support professional will help plan, coordinate, and track cross-functional initiatives, filling a gap left by a recent internal team reduction.

Originally focused on residential solar equipment, the company is expanding into energy storage solutions and virtual energy services, including future plans in virtual power plant and retail energy offerings. Project Management Support is needed to keep cross-functional initiatives on track through this period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Planning

- Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status trackers
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items across internal teams

Cross-Functional Support

- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, product, and leadership on active initiatives
- Track deliverables and deadlines, flagging risks or delays proactively
- Maintain clear, organized documentation of project status, decisions, and next steps

Reporting & Continuous Improvement





- Prepare regular status updates and progress reports for leadership
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to project workflows
- Support ad hoc operational and administrative initiatives as priorities evolve

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO support
- Demonstrated experience managing timelines, trackers, and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- B2 to C1 level English proficiency
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, technology, or SaaS industries
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, or product operations teams
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. Exact figures will be shared with candidates who advance to later stages of the process.
