Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards

Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm

Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or harmful to users

Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in AI responses

Work across a wide range of topics and content types — no two days look the same

Complete assignments independently and on your own schedule Who You Are A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively

Detail-oriented and consistent, even when working with ambiguous or sensitive material

No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required Nice to Have Background in ethics, philosophy, law, journalism, social sciences, or a related field

Experience evaluating or moderating content professionally

Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
