As our Accounts Receivable Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring effective credit risk management, accurate billing, timely collections, and the continuous optimization of Order to Cash processes to support the organization's financial performance. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the Order to Cash process.

Oversee customer credit analysis and credit risk management for existing and prospective customers.

Lead, develop, and coach the Accounts Receivable team, fostering best practices and high performance.

Ensure timely and accurate billing in compliance with internal policies and tax requirements.

Supervise the issuance and validation of credit notes, ensuring proper documentation and controls.

Drive effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.

Partner with the Commercial team to define and monitor collection plans for strategic customers.

Maintain accurate banking information for collections and ensure effective customer communication regarding Accounts Receivable matters.

Develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs),



including DSO, ADP, and ADD, recommending improvement actions.

Oversee the accurate recording of cash receipts in the ERP, ensuring data integrity and accounting accuracy. What we're looking for:

Professional in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office applications.

English proficiency at the C1 level.

Valid U.S. visa preferred.
