David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international outsourcing company supporting the financial services industry to recruit a FinTech Sales Executive (European Portuguese) for their Buenos Aires office.

This is an exciting opportunity to convert qualified trading leads into active clients, build long-term customer relationships and drive revenue growth within a dynamic international environment.

Position: FinTech Sales Executive (European Portuguese)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (On-site)

Employment type: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Convert qualified inbound trading leads into active clients

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders and prospective clients

- Promote the company's financial products and trading services

- Understand client trading objectives and recommend suitable solutions

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system

- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Retention teams to maximise client satisfaction and revenue growth





- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience throughout the customer journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native or fluent European Portuguese, both written and spoken

- Good command of English, both written and spoken

- Portuguese or EU passport required

- Previous experience in financial services or a high-performance sales environment

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Strong commercial mindset with a target-driven approach

- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage

- Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
