This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives in hands-on content creation, community management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.
- Create or oversee basic visual and written content aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor social performance and engagement metrics to guide continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing efforts.





Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proven success supporting service-based or local businesses.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Strong written English with basic design and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Ability to adapt content strategies based on engagement and lead metrics.
