BDC isseeking aseasoned,detail-oriented and motivatedCorporateParalegal to join our team.The ideal candidate will provide essential support to theGeneral Counsel byassistingwith various legaland corporatetasks, including research, drafting documents, responding toemailsandcorporate record maintenance.Mustpossesscomprehensive knowledge of U.S. laws, regulations, and business processes relevant to the role, with the ability to apply thisexpertiseeffectively in day-to-day operations and decision-making.The adecuado candidate will play a crucial role infacilitatingvarious administrative tasks andassistingwith project management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Manage complex projects independently with limited supervision
Proofread agreements for content,accuracyand formatting
Assistin preparation of agreements, documentation
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission forappropriate signatures
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research as needed
Drafting corporate minutes,resolutionsand consents
Assist with PPMs, signature packs
Organize andmaintainlegalfilesand documents,ensuringall documentation isaccurateand up to date.
Provide administrative support tothe General Counsel, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
Manageproject management tasks, ensuringtimelycompletion of legal projects
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
Support all compliance activities
Monitors the marketing/sales process, including interfacing with various deal team and business development team members, to ensure that all necessary regulatory, security law, compliance and tax concerns areaddressed

About You:
We are looking for an individual withParalegal or Legal Assistantexperience in a technology operating companyor law firmwho has experience dealing with venture capital and/or private equity and their expectations.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of theindustriespioneers and being a part offast-growingportfolio companies.
Mustpossesscomprehensive knowledge of U.S. laws, regulations, and business processes relevant to the role, with the ability to apply thisexpertiseeffectively in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
Experience drafting and filing incorporation documentation
Prior experience working with SEC filings and registrations
Address KYC requirements across funds and entities
Maintain and update global documentation
Manage and track corporate files for organization and portfolio companies
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firmor a corporate environmentis preferred
Strong skills in legal drafting and document management systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
Ability to successfully work in and navigate a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities that sometimes conflict
Must be able to work independently, using initiative and self-motivation, and collaboratively with members of a team
Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with corporate transactions
