We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to create high-quality renderings for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The adecuado candidate will have a strong eye for design, materials, lighting, and composition, with the ability to transform architectural plans and concepts into photorealistic visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create photorealistic 3D renderings for luxury architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.
- Model, texture, light, and render high-end residential and commercial spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to accurately represent project vision and specifications.
- Apply realistic materials, furnishings, landscaping, and lighting to enhance visual quality.
- Produce still images, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for client reviews and marketing purposes.
- Revise renderings based on client and design team feedback.
- Maintain consistency with project branding, quality standards, and design intent.




- Stay current with industry trends, visualization techniques, and rendering technologies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience creating architectural renderings and visualizations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, materials, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with animation and architectural walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of post-production software such as Photoshop and After Effects.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and Revit.
- Experience working on high-end luxury development projects.
