Junior Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote in Latam

Job Type: Full-Time Employee or Contractor

Contract Type: Full-time Colombian Labor Contract or Contractor

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing frontend and backend components under guidance from senior developers.
- Implement UI designs using React/TypeScript or similar frameworks.
- Support the development of APIs and integrations.
- Help with bug fixing, testing, and documenting new features.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with team members in Agile ceremonies.

Technical Requirements

- +1 years of experience in software development (internship, projects, or professional).
- Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript,



React, Angular, or Vue).
- Familiarity with backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).
- Understanding of REST APIs and basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

General Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent English (B2+).
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in Agile teams with reliable internet connectivity.
