Junior Test Automation Engineer in Java

We are seeking a Junior Test Automation Engineer in Java to join our team and help ensure the quality, performance, and security of our software applications. In this role, you will design automated test scripts, collaborate with developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Responsibilities

- Write and develop automated test scripts to check the software application's functionality, performance, and security.
- Run automated tests and review results to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Work with the development team to find and fix defects and issues identified during testing.
- Update automated test scripts to adapt to changes in software requirements.
- Help with manual testing when needed, including running test cases and documenting results.
- Join regular team meetings to discuss testing progress and share insights.
- Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in automated testing using Java.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.




- Proficiency in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating web applications.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
- Capability to write robust and reusable test scripts.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
