We are currently seeking an experienced Mid-Senior IT Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and implement efficient technical solutions. Additionally, you will take ownership of complex features, support junior developers through mentoring, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop software applications in alignment with user requirements and established development standards.
- Evaluate the feasibility of solutions within defined time, scope, and cost constraints.
- Maintain and enhance existing software by fixing bugs, improving performance, and addressing technical debt.
- Develop and implement AI-driven features and contribute to overall system architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, clients,



and team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.

Required Skills and Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions.
- Strong experience working with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks (ActiveRecord).
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with React or React Native is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML solutions, including LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and voice agent technologies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
