Thesuccessful candidateswillpossessa demonstrabletrack recordofM&A; withinUK,Europeand/or US markets.They shouldpossesstheskills andexpertiseto lead and manageclientportfolio’send-to-end, providing theappropriate levelof advice.The role requiresthe ability to manageprofessional services teamsandresourcesandprojectmanagemultiple transactions simultaneously.Strong industry knowledgeisrequired.

Role and responsibilities

- Project management of corporate finance client transactions – acquisition, sale, fund raise covering:
- Project preparation – project planning, transaction strategy, buyer & target universe, documentation.
- Marketing – counterparty campaign management and negotiation.
- Closing – LOI/HOTs agreement, project management of due diligence (VDR) and completion.
- Proven financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Lead a specific market and industry, including market research, business development,



marketing materials & campaigns, client onboarding, industry insights, internal progress reporting
- Manage professional service teams and resources in different geographies and ensure project deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Capability to win new business and develop areas of service offering.
- Initiate business development streams in sectors and geographies, adding to the current knowledge and capabilities of the team.
- Project budgeting & resourcing
- Drive Company performance that can be demonstrated through KPIs.

Required skills & qualifications

- Management degree / Professional qualifications or relevant and proven experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong industry knowledge and ability to build verticals.Demonstrable experience of creating driving and converting pipeline(s) in sectors/clients and other initiatives which drive overall business performance and revenues.Comfortable in an agile, fast-moving general environment with a can-do attitude.
- Results orientated with a focus on attention to detail.
