Responsibilities

Design and build the settlement, reconciliation, and treasury management layer connecting on-chain stablecoin operations with traditional financial infrastructure.

Must Have

- 3+ years in payments, treasury, or financial infrastructure engineering
- Deep understanding of cross-border money movement—settlement, FX, correspondent banking
- Experience with stablecoin or digital asset operations—mint/burn flows, reserve management, or tokenized payments
- Strong API integration skills — connecting custody, banking, and compliance systems
- Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js or equivalent backend stack
- Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, MiCA, or equivalent)

Nice to Have

- Experience at a remittance, money transfer, or payments company
- Institutional custody platform integration
- Reconciliation system design and financial reporting
