What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

✔ Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

✔ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Experience working with CRM platforms, customer service tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

✔ Positive attitude, professionalism, and passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

? This position requires full schedule flexibility.

Availability to work Monday through Sunday

42 hours per week

2 days off per week (rotational schedule)

Shifts may be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Candidates must be comfortable working varying schedules based on business needs
