- Collaborate with contractors and engineers in coordination meetings

- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Experience in MEP drafting/modeling (Revit preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC, BIM, and MEP systems
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
