The Opportunity

Global Enablement Manager – FAB Collect plays a critical role in accelerating the growth and adoption of Teleperformance’s AI‑powered collections solutions across all geographies. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, product, and transformation, acting as a integral orchestrator to drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and successful commercialization of FAB Collect.

- The Enablement Manager will:
- Drive revenue acceleration by supporting regions in identifying and closing AI collections opportunities
- Ensure consistency and scalability of FAB Collect best practices across markets
- Translate market feedback into product evolution
- Build capabilities across teams through targeted enablement programs
- Act as a strategic partner in high‑impact client engagements

This role is essential to position FAB Collect as a core growth engine for TP’s AI‑first strategy.

The Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of work experience, in consulting, or transformation roles with strong experience in business development
- Knowledge of AI/analytics and exposure to collections or BFSI preferred; proven ability to work in multi‑country and complex environments
- Engineer, Business Administrator, Finance, or related careers
- Specialization or Master’s degree desirable
- Fluent in English, minimum B2 level
- Value selling and growth strategy design
- Data‑driven decision making and problem solving
- Strong executive storytelling and influence
- Cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Results‑driven with strong ownership
