Who are we looking for?

Qualifications

- Professionals with a background in Recruitment (minimum 1 year of experience), preferably with a Science-related degree, and an intermediate to advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen qualified candidates for healthcare roles in the U.S.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Present qualified profiles to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Support with salary negotiations and candidate engagement.
