About The Role

The Biz Ops Consultant will analyze and design strategic improvements to operational processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across projects. What You’ll Do

- Partner with sales teams during pre-sales to shape proposals and highlight process improvements.
- Assess and analyze current operations, identifying bottlenecks and benchmarking against best practices.
- Design and implement strategic improvement plans, recommending technology and automation where possible.
- Collaborate with stakeholders,



facilitate workshops, and present insights to leadership.
- Monitor results post‑implementation to ensure lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, or process improvement.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and process management tools (Visio, etc.).
- Experience with data analysis, BI, or automation tools.
