We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PW Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role acts as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that our projects align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional value. The idóneo candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with strong business acumen to analyze, design, and communicate effective solutions. This role is critical in driving seamless customer experiences and successful project delivery by collaborating closely with stakeholders, solution architects, product management, and development teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical documentation that guide development teams
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and product management to design scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive project execution
- Drive problem-solving initiatives by identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and proposing practical solutions
- Maintain organized documentation repositories and ensure all project artifacts meet quality standards
- Support Agile delivery methodologies by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization

Requirements

- Business Analysis: Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements with a focus on aligning solutions to business goals.



Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable insights
- Requirements Gathering: Proficient in conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect detailed and accurate requirements from diverse stakeholders
- Workshop Facilitation: Skilled in planning and leading interactive sessions that encourage stakeholder engagement, consensus building, and effective decision-making
- ServiceNow Platform: Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its modules, capabilities, and customization options to design practical and scalable solutions
- User Stories: Experience in writing clear, concise, and testable user stories that effectively communicate business needs to development teams
- Technical Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive design documents, process flows, and functional specifications that serve as a blueprint for technical implementation
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain productive relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Business Process Analysis: Proficient in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the ServiceNow environment
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

Nice to Have

- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including experience participating in Agile ceremonies and managing backlogs
- Solution Architecture:



Understanding of architectural principles and the ability to collaborate with architects to ensure solutions are aligned with technical standards and best practices
- Jira: Experience using Jira for issue tracking, backlog management, and reporting to support Agile project delivery
- Azure DevOps: Knowledge of Azure DevOps tools for managing work items, pipelines, and collaboration within development teams
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
