You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guide product vision and roadmaps, and help deliver innovative solutions from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. You may be expected to travel occasionally.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic product guidance and acting as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, updates, and decisionsConduct market, competitive, business, and user research to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable product strategiesDefine and articulate long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needsLead discovery sessions, prioritization discussions, and requirements elicitation workshops with clients and internal teamsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Delivery, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development, launch, adoption, and iterationManage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, including requirements definition, feature prioritization, and trade-off decisionsIdentify risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or performance, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plansEstablish KPIs and product success metrics, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and iterative enhancementsChampion agile methodologies, experimentation, feedback loops, and a culture of customer‑centric product developmentStay current on product management best practices, emerging technologies, industry trends,



and AI‑enabled innovation opportunitiesMentor associate and mid‑level Product Managers by providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional growthImprove product management processes, methodologies, tools, and standards to enhance team effectiveness and quality of outcomesPromote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and strong product culture across teamsOther duties as assignedAbout YouQualifications & Skills5+ years of professional experience in technology projects related to digital products, software design, and/or software developmentProven track record managing the end‑to‑end software product lifecycle for a product or suite of small products with multiple features, complex requirements, diverse stakeholder needs, and a dedicated teamStrong understanding of web technologies, technical concepts, software development practices, and APIsExperience leading discovery sessions, prioritization workshops, and requirements elicitation activitiesAbility to quickly ramp up on new business domains and translate business needs into clear product directionGoal‑oriented, autonomous, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in team environmentsStrong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external partnersAbility to pitch ideas and articulate product value to different audiencesExperience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teamsExperience using Figma, Miro, or other modern collaborative design tools to create or modify wireframes and designsExperience using Jira or other requirements management toolsEnglish proficiency at B2+ levelPrevious consulting experience is a plusKnowledge of AI tools and concepts is a plus, including hands‑on use of LLMs such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT; familiarity with MCPs; and understanding of RAG, Agents, and Agentic AIAgile certification, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner,
